In this acitvity, teens research a life issue, prepare a speech and complete for prizes. Some schools have the junior class deliver a speech for their assignment. Then permit the participating students to enter this activity after they have completed their speech for the class. This can be an eye-opening and thought provoking activity which we would recommend for any conciencious teen.  Our Keynote Speaker, Fr. Frank Pavone is one of the most prominent pro-life leaders in the nation. Born in Port Chester, New York, he has been active in the pro-life movement since 1976. As founder of Priests for Life, he has traveled to all of the 50 states and to five continents, preaching and teaching against abortion. In addition to his work helping other priests to do the same, he serves on Dr. James Dobson's Focus on the Family Institute and currently serves as President of the National Pro-life Religious Council, a coalition of groups from many different denominations working to end abortion.

Dr. Mildred Fay Jefforson Keynote Address
Dr. Jefferson is a founding member and past president of the National Right to Life. She is currently serving on the board of directors of America Life League, as well as being an accomplished doctor, surgeon and women's advocate. Twenty-eight American colleges and universities have awarded her with honorary degrees in recognition of her efforts within the field of medicine and her pursuit of social justice. Dr. Jefferson resides in Boston where she heads the Right to Life Crusade, an organization that works in tandem with the efforts of the National Right to Life Committee and American Life League. Rev.
